The programme named "What everyone big boy should know'' is another preventing health-oriented programme, this time addressed to men. Its originator is Jolanta Kwasniewska. The main issue in this program was to encourage men to visit the doctor's offices, when there appear the first symptoms of illness. The program is designed to encourage fathers, brothers, colleagues, partners to start to look after their health, pay attention to themselves if they can win with any of the terrible diseases, especially with cancer. The most important thing, however, is overcoming fear. These days, most frequently, people die of cancer.

Basing on this knowledge and with the participation of outstanding experts in medicine, there was written a book with the same title. This book in a clever way, using simple words says about difficult issues, men's health issues. After reading it men will know more about themselves. We owe the book to Mrs. Jolanta Kwasniewska, the initiator of the program of taking care of men's health.
